All items will be shipped USPS unless requested otherwise. All 10"x18" boards will be charged a shipping fee of $15. We make sure the board is insured so if you receive it damaged please let us know immediately by emailing ingrainedwoodworksmt@gmail.com Please send photographs showing the damage and a description of damage. We will file a claim and we will make a new board and ship it at no additional cost to you. Please note that a replacement will take an additional 2-3 weeks, but we will make you a priority.
